President and Chief Executive Officer, Stella Technology
Lalo is a seasoned veteran of Silicon Valley companies, with over 28 years of Senior Executive roles in Operations, Business Administration and Finance, helping guide young companies through the early stages to successful, profitable entities.
In his most recent role before joining Stella, Lalo was the Chief Operating Officer at Axolotl Inc., (acquired by Optum in 2010), where he was instrumental in the growth and success of the company through its acquisition. Lalo also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Axolotl, Lalo was head of finance, administration, and HR at Amati Communications, where he helped guide the company from infancy through a successful acquisition by Texas Instruments. Amati later became a leading division of Texas Instruments.
Lalo has served on advisory boards at MIT, Purdue University, University of Puerto Rico, The National Society of Black Engineers, and The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. He has BA in Finance and Business Administration.
