At Stella, we believe that our mission is to do our part in changing the world for the better by building daring, bold, out-of-this-world healthcare technology solutions. As a native of Belize, a small central American country with limited healthcare resources, I want our solutions to be used there and all such regions of the world so that healthcare is accessible to all.

I am an avid sports fan, and as a long time San Francisco Bay Area resident, a die-hard San Francisco Forty-Niner faithful. I am the proud father of four awesome kids - three young ladies and an old son. I am very passionate about things I do and strongly believe if you're going to do it, do it right.

As a co-founder of Stella Technology, I've been integral to the company's journey since its beginning. With a background deeply rooted in software engineering and sales, I've worn many hats throughout Stella's evolution. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computing with Honors, and I've also earned a Master's in Commerce and Sales.

Outside of work, my top priority is being a devoted father to my two teenage daughters. Balancing my commitments to Stella and my family is an ongoing effort, highlighting the importance of maintaining harmony between my professional and personal life. My guiding principle is to approach everything with dedication or not at all. In my free time, I enjoy beach outings, hiking, and creating cherished memories with my daughters.

I am dedicated to driving our mission forward, empowering our team to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that make a positive impact on communities worldwide.

Joining Stella Technology as CEO of Emerging Markets in September 2022, I've been focused on establishing our presence in regions like the Middle East and Africa. My background in computer science engineering, with a specialization in healthcare, drives my passion for leveraging technology to make a positive impact. Early in my career, I implemented an Electronic Health Record system in the hospital where I was born, a project that continues to resonate with me.

Outside of work, family is my top priority. I cherish spending time with my two energetic boys, engaging in sports like tennis and ball surfing together. Kitesurfing, is also one of my passions, it allows me to disconnect from the world and find solace in nature.

My personal mantra reflects my belief in perseverance: "You can't be lucky all the time. You can't be lucky one time. But if you want to have consistency, you really need to keep going. You really need to work harder. And the harder you work, the luckier you get."

I came to Stella Technology in 2017 as a System Administrator and from the very first day at the organization, I know I was going to stay for a while, as I saw the immense opportunities and culture for growth at Stella. I felt appreciated, valued, and respected during my entire journey with the company as I continued taking on more and more responsibilities and continued growing. Right now, I am leading the entire team in the South Asia office of Stella, and I am responsible for running the day-to-day operations of this mission-driven company.

I have a master's degree in computer science and around two decades of work experience in this ever-evolving software development industry. Outside of work, I love traveling, reading books, technology blogging, and spending time with my five-year-old daughter.

From the beginning of Stella Technology, I have had the pleasure of overseeing Human Resources. As the years have passed, and we continue to grow to new heights, the pleasure continues with my amazing team in Islamabad, Pakistan. I am honored by the opportunity to travel to Pakistan and work directly with so many talented people.

I hold a BS in Psychology from Menlo College and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, MFCC, (Marriage, Family and Child Counseling) from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Outside the office, I enjoy competitive pickleball, golf, fitness and traveling!

As the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Stella Technology, I've been with the company since its early days, starting in a consulting capacity around 2012. My journey has been filled with twists and turns, from the initial concept of the company to navigating its growth and development over the years. What drives me at Stella is the challenge of problem-solving, both internally within the company and in the dynamic healthcare technology industry.

Before joining Stella, I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting. Outside of work, my interests include spending time with my family and engaging in sports like basketball and hiking. Most of my non-working hours are dedicated to child wrangling, as I strive to keep my kids entertained and active.

My personal mantra revolves around problem-solving: no matter how daunting a challenge may seem, there is always a solution. With confidence, any obstacle can be overcome.
